Danny, the son of Liz Vasquez, is the youngest person to ride the HydroBlade with 16 years old. With his mother’s passion for watersports, it’s no surprise that Danny has also embraced the excitement of aquatic adventures.

When asked about his first time on the HydroBlade, Danny shared, “It was a bit hard in the beginning, but when you get the balance and speed it gets easier.” His determination and adaptability were evident as he navigated this new experience.

Danny’s prior watersports experience includes wakesurfing, efoiling, and surfing. This background helped him tackle the initial challenges of the HydroBlade. “I think like 25 mph, or something,” he estimated when asked about his speed on the HydroBlade.

Despite his youthful confidence, Danny expressed a desire for caution. “I would love to go faster, but I need more experience in order to feel safer,” he said, showcasing a mature approach to mastering new skills.

Envisioning future rides, Danny sees himself cruising the HydroBlade on a calm day at the beach. “Maybe Key West probably would be nice,” he mused, dreaming of sunny adventures and smooth waters.
