Tatiana Sanches, an avid watersports enthusiast from Brasil with experience in surfing, wakeboard, jetboard, efoiling, and kitesurfing, eagerly embarked on her HydroBlade adventure.
Reflecting on her first eFoil experience, Tatiana shared insights into the initial difficulties. “The first day was difficult because it is hard to find your balance,” she recalled. “But once you get the timing and the right place to stand on the board to be stable, it’s fun.”
Anticipating her experience with the HydroBlade, Tatiana expressed optimism. “I think I’ll like it!” she remarked, embodying the spirit of adventure and excitement for trying new watersports.
After her first ride on the HydroBlade, Tatiana’s enthusiasm was palpable. “It was amazing!” she exclaimed. “I thought it was going to be easier, but it took me a minute to figure out the speed and everything. But once you manage to stand up, it’s really fun! I wanna improve, I wanna go again, get better and go faster!”
When asked about her speed on the HydroBlade, Tatiana laughed, “Oh my God, for me it felt so fast! I didn’t think I could go faster, but now that I saw the videos I don’t think I was that fast.”
Summing up her HydroBlade experience in one word, Tatiana chose “fun.” Her joy and determination to improve underscored the exhilarating nature of riding the HydroBlade.
What to expect when trying the HydroBlade
Offering advice to first-timers, Tatiana emphasized relaxation and patience. “Just relax,” she advised. “Take your time to try to figure out the speed, the handlebars, and everything. Don’t get nervous, because once you figure it out, it’s gonna be crazy fun.”
Reflecting on her progress after subsequent attempts, Tatiana attributed her improvement to careful analysis of her movements. “I think I started to analyze my movement,” she explained. “In the first try, I was turning so hard, and then I remembered to do it little by little, so I started slow and then got the hang of it before going faster.”
